Ribera del Duero's identity originates from an environment where harsh climate conditions has been converted into a strength.<\/p>

The altitude, the wide changes in temperature and limestone soil, force the vines to adapt constantly, generating high concentration and quality.<\/p>

With vineyards at 700-930 meters of altitude, in predominantly limestone soil, D\u00edaz Bayo cultivates \"Tinta del Pa\u00eds\" grapes, which have over the last centuries adapted to the local conditions in Ribera del Duero.<\/p>

The wide variations in temperature between day and night favour a slow and balanced maduration of the grapes, concentrating aromas, structure and ability to age well.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The 106 hectares of vines are cultivated with the conviction and respect that only nature and time will allow the vine to express the true personality of Ribera del Duero.<\/p>
